Create and edit the global categories that normally an administrator would have access to here

• The default timezone for this site is US-Eastern (GMT -5), but, for anonymous viewing, the timemap view defaults to GMT as the UID 0 has no $user->timezone. In actual use, the Timeline Time Map defaults to display the the current timezone based on $user->timezone.
• Feel free to add items, categories, colors, etc. This demo site reverts to an initial data set every 3 hours.

Future 1.2:
fixed: js error in loading the simile timeline in IE
fixed: load basepath into a <div> attribute for the js to parse and use to load the json correctly
todo: fix theming of global categories administration. categories should be organized inside of the table.
todo: fix errors on initial select if there are no events in the table
fixed: allow uid=1 to view the map.
